Investor FAQ
What entity manages the capital?
Capital flows through CREO Films, owned by Infinite Future Capital LLC (Delaware). Each project is structured with an SPV framework for investor protection.
How are projects selected?
All submissions go through a two-stage CREO review — creative evaluation then commercial evaluation. Investors receive deal memos for every project that passes both stages.
What returns can I expect?
Co-Producer tier includes revenue participation (theatrical, streaming, licensing). Executive Producer tier includes preferred return structures negotiated per project.
Can I invest from outside the US?
Yes. CREO Films accepts qualified investors from all countries, subject to local laws. We work with international investors through our Vienna and London offices.
Is there a minimum hold period?
Hold periods are project-specific, typically 18–36 months from greenlight to first distribution revenues. Our deal memos specify projected timelines per project.
