Sapiens Ndatabaye

Sapiens Ndatabaye is a scientist, humanitarian, entrepreneur, and author. Across nearly a decade with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN OCHA), he coordinated emergency information management responses to some of the world's most critical crises — from the 2021 Nyiragongo volcanic eruption in Goma to earthquake relief in Syria and Turkey.

A geoinformatics researcher affiliated with Paris-Lodron University Salzburg and a member of the Global Council for Science and the Environment in Washington DC, Sapiens built a career at the intersection of data, technology, and human impact. He holds O-1A Extraordinary Ability status in the United States — a designation reserved for individuals at the very top of their field.

Honoured as one of the Geospatial World 50 Rising Stars of 2025 and among the Top 20 Dynamic CEOs in Canada, he is the author of “Breaking Barriers, Building Dreams” — a memoir available on Amazon worldwide. With CREO Films, he brings that same conviction to entertainment: talent should never be limited by access.

Victor Ndatabaye is the Co-Founder of CREO Films and a core member of its leadership team. As the brother of Founder & CEO Sapiens Ndatabaye, Victor brings an intimate understanding of the vision behind CREO Films — the conviction that talent has no borders, and that every story deserves to be told.

Working alongside Sapiens from the ground up, Victor contributes to the strategic direction and operational architecture of CREO Films as it grows into a globally recognised platform for creator-direct film and content production.
